I have a couple of things to report today, first our affiliate Pro Clockers has reported the official launch of the Cooler Master Case Mod Contest 2006, and the new OCZ SD “Dual” Memory Cards, which essentially are a Secure Digital and USB Drive in One.
In other affiliated news, APH Networks have reviewed the Seasonic Powerangel, which is a handy device for checking how much electricity is used by virtually any device that is plug into your wall outlet. Techdomain, have covered multiple reviews of the ATi X1950 graphics card, which seems to be the hot topic on most hardware review sites at the moment.
Again, it's nice to see one of my affiliates, PC Bucket, covering my guide on discounted computers.
Whilst at Tech Rant, I have cleaned up the logo image as it was somewhat buggy when viewed using Internet Explorer -- I use FireFox, so I missed this error... I have played around with permissions so unregistered users can now comment on articles; I thought I had enabled this, but had made some mistakes in my earlier permissions work. Furthermore, I have enabled Autolinks so expect links back to authority sites like DailyTech when I type their name (like so: The Inquirer), and also to important computer hardware companies for example: ATi and AMD.
On a side note, I have installed an improved sessions controller for postnuke. This is a Postnuke 0.8 based sessions controller which works under Postnuke .762. This should improve the site performance by some margin.
